Redcliffe Life Diagnostics Launches New Labs To Cater To Growing Home Collection Demand

New labs at Patna, Indore, Raipur and Noida.

New Delhi: Redcliffe Life Diagnostics recently launched four new labs in Patna, Indore, Raipur and Noida to respond to the new rise in home comfort diagnostics prompted by post Covid care and the bigger shift in consumer behavior to avoid queuing at collection centres. Combined with larger awareness and disposal income for self-care, families of all income groups are now willing to subscribe to self-diagnostics and home collection.

The new labs are part of larger expansion at Redcliffe Pathology portfolio and the company has planned three new labs to go operational every month.

Redcliffe has set an ambitious target of commanding 30-40% of the total diagnostics market in the next seven years.

The second wave of Covid-19 has accelerated the growth of home collection platforms. Indian consumers are clearly shifting to digital and home comfort diagnostics in the Covid era.

“We are one step closer to our goal of advanced home care diagnosis with every lab addition. It provides better treatment for the patients and provides the family with logistical comfort,”says Dheeraj Jain, founder, Redcliffe Life Diagnostics. “The company is working with the belief that proper diagnosis can be a major tool to narrow the healthcare gap between rural and urban India. We started home collection last year and are now launching labs in various cities in the next 12 months to offer last mile service delivery.”
