Here is what health expert Sheetal Pathan suggests to get rid of the weakness.

1- Drink Warm Milk: Drink warm milk with turmeric prior to good night sleep. Milk helps in reinforcing the bones and eliminating the weakness from the body.

2- Eat Fruits: Make sure to begin your day with a plate of fresh fruits like pomegranate, orange, apple and papaya. You can incorporate different fruits in your diet. 

You can also drink natural fruit juice, which helps in disposing of the weakness. You can have crude natural products toward the beginning of the day and organic product juice during the evening to expand your consumption.

3- Take Steam: Taking steam with plain water two-three times each day has demonstrated an advantage in dealing with symptoms like cold, cough and blockage. Performing steam inward breath may help in diminishing the respiratory issues, blockage issues in the nasal entry and aviation routes.

4-Consume Protein And Antioxidant-Rich Food: Eating a protein-rich eating routine is significant for a sound and fast recuperation. Eat things that are not difficult to process so the powerless body doesn’t need to strive to process the food.

5-Do Not Put Pressure On Yourself: Even after your COVID report comes negative, don’t squeeze yourself. A few issues may continue even after a negative report, so walk a little and don’t exercise much for a couple of days.
