MyDentalPlan Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., India’s leading IT-enabled healthcare company, today announced its ambitious expansion plan. The company has earmarked a target to expand its network to over 10,000 clinics and the number of dentists enlisted to 15,000 by the end of FY 2023.

With the herculean task of organising the traditionally unorganised dental healthcare sector, MyDentalPlan has made strong in-roads in the dental care industry. MyDentalPlan has been experiencing exponential growth since its launch. In this next growth phase, MyDentalPlan will not just be looking at adding newer clinics but also strengthening its base in Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Bengaluru. Along with this, the company is also planning to make a deeper connect in tier 2 and 3 cities. This latest expansion is well-aligned with MyDentalPlan’s commitment to improving access to the best-in-class dental healthcare facilities at standardised cost.

In the past few years, MyDentalPlan has empanelled more than 5,000 dentists in over 3,000+ audited clinics across 350+ cities in India. As a part of its expansion plan, it is now planning to increase its presence to 10,000 clinics in 500+ cities. The company has a robust empanelment process that includes over 80 auditing checkpoints, standardised clinic and staff, hygiene, and a uniform pricing model.

Mr. Harminder Singh Multani, CEO of MyDentalPlan Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., said, “We started MyDentalPlan with a vision to transform dental healthcare delivery in India. This can only happen when quality, standardised dental care is available to all. Dental healthcare in India continues to be highly unorganised sector. Through this move, we aim to make quality dental healthcare accessible to a greater number of people and strive to be the first choice of customers for dental health. We are also looking at increasing our revenue by 10x through this expansion”.

MyDentalPlan is also pivoting its model to be Business to Consumers (B2C). After scaling its operations via the B2B route, and having grown at an exponential rate, the company is looking to add more touchpoints through its B2C foray. As a part of this transition, MyDentalPlan will be fine-tuning its process and amping up its technological prowess. Through this move, MyDentalPlan will be tapping into millions of patients and have direct access to a whole new customer base. The company has set a target to add more than half a million customers through its B2C operations by March 2023.

MyDentalPlan has been a staunch believer that dental healthcare should be accessible to all. It has also been working on increasing awareness regarding oral hygiene. One of the biggest hurdles that stop people from getting timely dental treatment is the lack of dental insurance plans. In order to address this need gap and make quality dental healthcare available to all, MyDentalPlan is working with the leading insurance companies in the country to offer comprehensive dental plans. The company is already working with more than 30 large clients, which includes insurance and wellness companies and tie-up with another 30 companies is in the works.
