The Dhakaad girl

Kangana, after returning to the sets for the first time after months due to the pandemic, is back with a bang. In one of her most recent posts, she was seen performing boxing, handstand and kicking exercises, with her trainer at home in Manali. She is seen sweating it out with intense focus as she stretched, jumped and kicked.

This is how she always inspires and motivates us in every possible way and her caption says, “I have started action training for my upcoming action films #Tejas and #Dhakaad I play a Fauji and a Spy respectively in these films. Bollywood ki thali may have given me a lot but post Manikarnika success I too have given Bollywood it’s first ever legitimate action heroine ❤️”

Quarantine inspiration

Kangana had tried to motivate everyone to not give up on fitness and keep up the high spirits during the lockdown. So, she continued to upload her videos where she was seen working out.

One of the captions of her post said, “Watching Kangana workout this hard amidst quarantine is pure #FITINSPO! Her never back down attitude is really commendable. Comment 💪🏾 if you are staying healthy during this time.”

Not losing hope post

Kangana has posted an inspiring video for those who have gained unhealthy weight during the lockdown period 

In her recent Instagram post she revealed that “I had gained 20 kgs for Thalaivi, now that we are very close to completing it, need to go back to my earlier size, agility, metabolism, and flexibility. Waking up early and going for a jog/walk…. who all are with me?”

Working out in the open

Since the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, staying indoors for too long has made us cranky and lethargic. Therefore, Kangana shared a motivating video where she is seen exercising in an open space surrounded by a lush green area and extraordinary scenery.

In one of her videos, Kangana can be seen working out with a baby. The video is absolutely adorable!

Kangana always tries her best to make everyone aware of the importance of staying healthy, which she recently did in her post that reads, “Value your health above everything.” You must have also realized this fact during the pandemic that there’s nothing above health. So, exercise and eat healthy to keep your physical and mental health in check.
