Women who are overweight or obese go through hormonal imbalances which leads to irregular ovulation. This may cause cause infertility among women. Moreover, bad lifestyle habits and diets like consumption of alcohol and lack of physical activities can also alter the ovulation.”
“Emotions play a big role for the infertility among women. If a woman is not comfortable during the intercourse, the body and the hormones will not relax. Stress might affect the release of the eggs. Many pregnancies are affected due to anxiety and stress,” she said.
“Deficiency of vitamin D is one of those unknown factors that has a very important role in hormone regulation. Lack of ‘Happy Hormones’ can disturb your cycles, and can be a reason why you are not able to get pregnant,” she added.
