• Be aware of how you clean your vulva and vagina- When you have yeast infection symptoms douching, scented vaginal washes, and scented tampons or sanitary pads should all be avoided since they can all upset your vaginal pH balance. Cleanse your vulva and vagina with warm water to clean them.

You can use this homemade personal wash if the infection is severe. Boil 20 grams of Triphala in half a litre of water to make this intimate wash at home.
