Health Tips: We all have several ups and down in our life. Depending on this, it is normal to feel down or be happy. While it is normal to feel down on some days, one would really not like to stay like this for long. There are several factors that influence our mood. In order to escape a bad mood, one needs to understand what to do about it. Here are some strategies that can help you turn your mood around.

Breathing Exercises

One can try some breathing exercises to elevate the mood. Exercises like 6-7-8 breathing can helpful. This exercise simply means that you need to inhale for six seconds, hold your breath for seven seconds and then exhale for eight seconds.
