Fire Breaks Out At AIIMS Delhi’s Teaching Block, Over 20 Fire Engines On Spot

A fire broke out at All India Institute Of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi on Wednesday night.

A fire broke out at All India Institute Of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi on Wednesday night. At least 8 fire tenders have been rushed to the spot. The fire erupted on the 9th floor of the Convergence block.

No loss of life or injuries have been reported so far, meanwhile, efforts are underway to douse the flames.

Fire broke out at AIIMS Delhi’s conversion block on Wednesday night.

The fire department said the incident took place at 10.22 pm and 22 fire fighting vehicles have reached the spot to contain the blaze. It added rescue efforts are ongoing.

According to Delhi Fire Service’s Atul Garg, director, said it’s a teaching block and there was no patient.
